TO PLACE AN ORDER ON SHOPMORTIMER.COM

To make purchases on Shopmortimer.com it is recommended that you register. By creating an account you will have access to product offerings, new product information, and events dedicated to our clients.

WHAT PRODUCT INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE?

Each product includes a description, available sizes, and an image of the item. You may hover the mouse arrow over the product image to view product details.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

-From the item page select the desired size
-Add the product to your Shopping Bag
-Once you have finished shopping, click on Shopping Bag
-Click Checkout, select a Shipping Method and Continue to Payment
-Enter your shipping and payment details
-Check to ensure the information you entered is correct and click on ‘Pay Now’

Soon after you submit your order you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order is ready to ship you will receive an additional email with your tracking information.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be canceled once they've been confirmed. You are welcome to return your order once you have received it as outlined in our Return Policy. Please contact us through Client Services if you need further assistance.

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED TIMELINE TO RECEIVE ORDERS?

In stock items are be available for immediate processing. 

Shipping within the Continental US will take approximately 5-8 business days however, international orders may take longer. As our demand is high, some pieces may be out of stock. You may select a different piece or continue to wait for our next limited production to become available. 


HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

An email notification, including the tracking number will be sent when your order is scheduled for shipment. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 days of order placement, please contact us through Client Services by completing the form.

HOW ARE MORTIMER ORDERS PACKAGED FOR DELIVERY?

All Mortimer pieces are folded beautifully upon completion and wrapped in tissue with a Mortimer label. Pieces are then placed in a heavy cardboard box with a white finish for shipping. Extra tissue is used within the box to keep your Mortimer piece in place. The Mortimer label is also used on the outside of the box. Mortimer pieces are packaged elegantly and with extra care to protect your order. Mortimer does not include gift messages at this time.

 

ARE THE COLORS SHOWN FOR EACH PRODUCT COLOR TRUE TO THE ACTUAL GARMENT?

Colors are demonstrated through images of the Pajama or Robe.  These images are to represent the color of the garment only and are as close to the actual garment color as the technology can translate. Please keep in mind that your monitor, or smart device screen may alter the color a little.

 

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY MORTIMER PIECE?

All Mortimer pieces are made with 100% Silk Charmeuse. All garments are to Dry Clean Only to protect the Silk.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY MORTIMER PIECE IF IT IS WASHED WITHOUT THE USE OF DRY CLEANING?

If you wash your Mortimer piece in water the silk will become more stiff and loose its surface brilliance. We highly recommend all pieces be Dry Cleaned Only.

 

I RETURNED AN ITEM, AND RECEIVED A CODE TO APPLY TO A NEW PURCHASE. THE ORIGINAL ITEM I PURCHASED INCLUDED TAX, DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX AGAIN ON MY NEW PURCHASE?

No. You will not be charged tax twice.  When place an order for your new purchase and enter your credit, the new total during checkout will be $0.00, no tax will be collected. The tax for that credit was collected on the original purchase.
